Finsa was once again proud to sponsor the Wirral Landlord’s Forum, which was held in Bromborough this October.

The regular event, taking place at The Village Hotel, is a great opportunity for local landlords to keep themselves updated on the ever changing regulatory environment; with hundreds of local home owners benefiting from discussions about the issues that really matter to them.

Being a Wirral based company; Finsa is more than aware of the issues and concerns that local landlord’s face every day.

A wide range of issues were discussed, from the special regulations for houses in multiple occupation to welfare reforms, including changes to housing and council tax benefit.

Each year the forums are a great opportunity to discuss issues face-to-face with property professionals and council staff. It’s also a good chance to network with other landlords.

Finsa, who have their head office in Birkenhead, had their own stand at the event and the home renovation solutions on display were a constant talking point throughout the day.

Those present were able to celebrate the new Finshome range of affordable kitchens, designed specifically with the landlord and trade markets in mind.
