ehowOn our blog we love to share DIY and Home Improvement advice with our readers – alongside bringing you the latest news, updates and offers from the Finsa Home website.

That’s not to say, however, that we don’t like to check out other DIY and Home-related websites to see what they’re getting up to – and whether they could even inspire us to produce something of our own.

It is these websites that we decided to include in a blog post of our own to celebrate how helpful they are. Not only to us, but now, hopefully, to you too! Check them out!

1.       eHow Home

As you may have guessed from the “How” part of this domain, eHow offers users a chunk of How to advice for improving the home and everything in it. Articles are broken down into easy to read and manageable steps – making it simple for even a novice to understand. There are also loads of visual pieces that offer inspiration to people who are looking to start a DIY project of their own.

2.       Do It Yourself

Do It Yourself is a constantly updated website with literally (and we mean literally) 1000s of articles on how to take on every type of project in the home – both big and small. What’s more, there is also a forum section if there is anything you can’t find (very unlikely!) or need help with.

3.       IKEA Hackers

IKEA Hackers is another website that is straight forward in the sense that you know what you’re getting. There are a wealth of posts on how to modify and diversify IKEA products for the better. Readers can also submit their own ideas or hacks for inclusion on the site.

5.       Lifehacker

Lifehacker is far from just a DIY tip and advice blog – far from it – but it does contain some mightily impressive hacks (hence the name) that provide you with an endless amount of inspiration. This is one website that you’ll have to follow on social media to benefit from the consistently updated content that is produced.
